An original evidence map
Retry handling can demonstrate correctness under repeated work. A performance investigation can show workload design and tradeoffs. A data interface can show availability contracts and failure behavior. A statistical project can add research evidence when that is genuinely part of the target.
Describe each accurately. A batch pipeline does not become a low-latency trading system because the prospective employer trades.
A fictional rewrite
Before: “Built scalable financial systems.”
Actual facts: redesigned retries in a nonfinancial data service.
Conditional revision: “Redesigned retry handling with stable idempotency keys and durable completion state; documented recovery boundaries and downstream behavior.”
The technical contribution can be relevant without the invented domain label. A real measured result may be added with its workload and observation period.
