Stripe hosts payment entry; the application does not store full payment-card numbers. Resume and feedback files use private storage. Access to a private order uses an essential browser cookie. Keep order links private and remove unrelated sensitive information from a resume before submitting it.
Service providers
The current infrastructure uses Vercel for hosting and private file storage, Neon for the database and authentication service, Stripe for test checkout and Resend for the provisioned email integration. Customer email delivery is not active. Each provider processes information needed for its service; this draft does not claim that all data stays in one country.
Optional messages and measurement
Resource delivery and promotional signup are separate choices in the planned service. Buying a product or requesting access recovery must not automatically enroll someone in promotional email.
Public traffic measurement is currently disabled. The prepared measurement feature limits events to published public routes and known offer links, omits URLs with query strings or fragments, and respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. It does not send resume contents, form answers or order IDs as event properties. Final disclosure will describe any measurement actually enabled at launch and the provider information it collects.
A separate, disabled purchase-measurement feature is prepared to remember an eligible public landing page and broad referrer category in the current browser tab for a 30-minute attribution window. It would attach that limited observation to a purchase record, without storing the raw referrer or search terms. It respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. This feature is not collecting data; its disclosure, consent requirements and order-record retention must be resolved before activation.
Retention and requests
Final retention periods and a verified request channel are not yet established. This draft does not promise automatic deletion after a fixed number of days or immediate removal from every provider backup. Financial records, raw resumes, delivered feedback and minimal unsubscribe records require different handling.
The final notice must identify the responsible business and contact details, processing purposes and applicable legal bases, retention rules, relevant international transfers and safeguards, and the rights and complaint routes that apply to supported customers. Those details remain pending. Contact information will be updated before customer enrollment opens.
